• Second, water helps our digestion to be healthy.
Water helps dissolve fat and soluble fiber. Water also encourages waste that
prevents constipation and reduces the burden on our kidneys and liver
• Lastly, water prevents headaches naturally. We
are sometimes exposed to migraines. Migraines are caused, sometimes, by not
drinking much water. Water helps heal headaches by drinking two to four cups of
water to heal a headache within one to two hours
