Green Tea

Benefits of Green Tea include:
First, green tea improves brain function and makes you smarter. Green tea contains caffeine, known as a stimulant, but not as much in coffee. Caffeine leads to improvements in various aspects of brain function, including improved mood, time, and memory.
Second, green tea contains bio-active compounds that improve health.
Third, antioxidants in green tea can reduce the risk of various types of cancer. As we know, antioxidants have protective effects against cancer.
Fourth, For your information, do not add milk to your green tea because it can reduce the antioxidants in it.
